Delivery Information

All orders are subject to product/stock availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the amount using the original method of payment.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day. On the run up to Christmas due to the volume of orders being placed on a daily basis it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as we would like but we will keep you informed.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail and we offer a local delivery in the following postcodes MK40, MK41 and MK42 for additional charge of £2.99 per order - minimum order value has been £20 to qualify for Local Delivery

Please allow 2 - 5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, if you still haven't received your order please contact us and we will endeavour to track down your parcel.

A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address i.e workplace.

We do not ship internationally at the moment but we may do in the future.
